Ding Tai Battery Co., Ltd. adheres to service our clients with the high quality products and a comprehensive advanced detection system; over twenty specialized test items are available to ensure the safety and reliability of battery. We test the safety from 12 angles and sides which include the puncture, burrs, and lapse, collide, high or low temperature and over charging etc. On each production line there are at least two quality control personnel who strictly adhere to quality control processes to ensure the good quality. For better quality control ,a comprehensive process management was established which contains Incoming Material Quality Control (IQC), Input Process Quality Control (IPQC), Outgoing Quality Control (OQC), reliability and safety test, customer service, quality project, instrument calibration and system management.

DTB establishes its quality guarantee system. The system is consisted of IQC, IPQC, QAQE, FQC and Calculation, with 280 well-trained quality management personnel equipped with most advanced testing instruments. The team conforms to the requirement of quality control regulations and makes sure the flow, from material sourcing to production and shipment, are strictly controlled. Thus we are able to guarantee the stable and reliable quality of our products.

IQC   Incoming Quality Control Checking the material, ingredients and components, making sure the original materials meets to the standard regulated by our company. 

IPQC  In Process Quality Control Check and are responsible for the quality control of the production process, detecting the abnormal situations and get them solved in time, making sure the component is qualified before it flows to the next step.   

FQC Final Quality Control- Responsible for the final check of products before shipment so that the quality of the made products are fully guaranteed.
